Okay Day 53 was another one of those filled with a plethora of imagery. Just couldn't fit it into one email. So here's the more silly side of the day. Much more of the boardwalk zaniness to had to be shared. There are the inside shots of the poster store, the beachside preacher and his sand creation plus the one giant tourist trap that these Oddaseers could not avoid.
So after a lovely meal on a deck above the hub-bub. We set off to potentially waste our hard earned money to see..... drum roll please..... "Ripley's Believe It or Not." Yes it's true we succumbed to one of these obvious "must see" attractions. We resisted one in Pensacola but we fought it no more and forked over the moolah and traveled into the world of silly "facts".
Here are a few pics from this high brow evening of education. Shrunken heads, horrific tortures & injuries, a beautiful camel bone carving, a horned man and a vampire killing kit (I want it!). We laughed, we cried. It had it all. Our lives are forever changed.
